VIP Airport Service by City: Find Your Airport and Book

A businessman stands at a chalkboard, drawing flight paths on a chalk illustration of a globe and two airplanes, representing a global VIP Airport Service.

Last updated: March 2026 | Reading time: approx. 15 min

For most travellers, the flight itself is the easy part. It is the airport that turns a straightforward journey into something exhausting: a queue at immigration can consume 45 minutes of your day, a terminal transfer you did not budget time for, a connection that looked comfortable on paper and suddenly does not. None of this is beyond solving. VIP airport service exists to help you navigate these moments smoothly… — .with a professional on the ground who knows the process at that airport, meets you personally, and expertly assists you with terminal processes from the airbridge to the exit..

This guide covers how VIP airport service works, what it includes, and where it matters most — organised by region, with direct links to each airport’s available services and pricing.

What VIP Airport Service Actually Includes

A VIP airport service is a managed assistance programme that can cover any combination of the following: being met at the aircraft door or terminal entrance, personal escort through immigration and customs, fast track through priority lanes, lounge access, porter assistance with luggage, and coordination of your onward transfer.

The service is available in three tiers at most airports:

Meet & Assist — your greeter meets you at the airbridge, at the entrance to immigration, or at the terminal door (depending on the airport’s layout and aircraft parking position), and escorts you through all formalities through to the arrivals hall or your driver. This tier is the right choice when you want professional guidance without the full private experience.

Meet & Assist with Fast Track — everything above, plus priority access through immigration and security lanes (where available). At airports where queues are a genuine bottleneck, this is the tier that changes the experience most noticeably.

Full VIP — a completely private process: formalities handled away from the main terminal, luggage transferred directly etc. This tier offers the maximum possible separation from the public terminal environment.

Pricing and available tiers vary from airport to airport. You can check exactly what is available — and at what fare — on each airport’s individual service page, linked throughout this guide.

For a full description of what each tier covers on arrival, see the Arrival Service page. For departures, see the Departure Service page. For passengers in transit between two flights, Aerogreet operates a dedicated Transit Service.

Europe

London Heathrow (LHR) — United Kingdom

London Heathrow is one of Europe’s busiest international airports. Four active terminals (Terminals 2, 3, 4, and 5) handle different airlines, alliances, and travel types, and navigation between them adds time that casual travellers frequently underestimate. Immigration for non-UK/non-EU passport holders at peak times is a known pressure point — particularly on intercontinental arrivals in the morning and early afternoon.

VIP airport service at Heathrow is effective across all four terminals, for arrivals, departures, and connections. At the departure end, early check-in assistance and fast track through security (available with our Meet & Assist, Fast Track and Full VIP tiers) make a genuine difference on peak business travel days. For maximum comfort, the Full VIP tier includes porter services and dedicated private transportation to the aircraft or VIP lounge in case of a remote parking position.

When it matters most: Non-UK/EU passport arrivals during peak morning slots; passengers with a connecting flight under 90 minutes; anyone travelling with elderly relatives or young children who need a calm, guided process and porter assistance.

Frankfurt Airport (FRA) — Germany

Frankfurt is Aerogreet’s home city and one of complex and dynamic airports, making professional assistance a valuable time-saver. The airport’s terminals are connected but not adjacent, and the ongoing construction programme through 2026 — including the new Terminal 3 — can reshuffle passenger flows. As a major intercontinental hub, it also handles a high volume of transit passengers for whom a wrong turn, a slow queue, or an unfamiliar transfer route can mean a missed connection.

VIP airport service at Frankfurt covers all terminals. For passengers in transit between long-haul flights, the service is particularly valuable: a professional who knows the current terminal layout, the active fast track lanes, and the shortest route to your gate is not a luxury here — it is recommended to significantly reduce troubles.

When it matters most: All intercontinental transits; passengers unfamiliar with the Terminal 3 opening phases; departure-side for early morning banking departures.

Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) — France

Charles de Gaulle is a large, multi-building airport where the three main terminal complexes are connected by a dedicated automated transit rail. Passengers who do not know the airport instinctively often spend meaningful time simply orienting themselves. For non-Schengen arrivals, passengers can experience significant wait times at immigration during peak hours.

VIP service at CDG brings its greatest benefit to intercontinental arrivals needing fast track, and to passengers making connections between the Schengen and non-Schengen zones, which require a terminal change and re-clearance.

When it matters most: Transatlantic and Middle East arrivals; any connection requiring a terminal change; business travellers with same-day onward appointments.

Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS) — Netherlands

Schiphol operates within a single terminal building divided into departure piers, which makes it more legible than multi-terminal airports but concentrates all passenger pressure into one space. Non-Schengen arrivals — particularly from North America and the Middle East — encounter a single immigration processing area that can queue significantly during morning banks.

VIP service at Schiphol is best used for the arrival fast track and for passengers making tight onward connections on non-Schengen routes.

When it matters most: Morning intercontinental arrivals; families with children travelling onwards to other European destinations; passengers with under 75 minutes to connect on non-Schengen routes.

Madrid Barajas (MAD) — Spain

Madrid Barajas handles a significant volume of intercontinental traffic, particularly routes to and from Latin America. The airport spans four terminals, with a satellite building extending Terminal 4 via an underground connection. Passengers unfamiliar with this layout can lose time during transfers.

VIP service at MAD is especially valuable for non-EU arrivals at Terminal 4 and for passengers connecting between the T4 satellite and the T1–T3 complex, which requires a shuttle bus and is non-trivial under time pressure.

When it matters most: Latin American arrivals; T4-to-T1/2/3 transit connections; passengers with long-haul onwards from a domestic feeder.

Vienna (VIE), Munich (MUC), and Athens (ATH)

Vienna Schwechat (VIE) is a compact, well-organised airport – but its status as a hub for Central and Eastern European routes means that non-Schengen arrivals, particularly from the Middle East and Asia, encounter a distinct processing bottleneck at immigration. VIP service adds a professional navigator and, where available, fast track access. See services and fares at Vienna VIE

Munich (MUC) handles significant volumes of intercontinental traffic as a major European hub. Connections involving the satellite building require a transit that catches uninformed passengers off guard. VIP service at MUC is particularly effective for transit passengers and business departures. See services and fares at Munich MUC

Athens Venizelos (ATH) operates smoothly in the off-season but faces pronounced passenger volume peaks between June and September, driven by tourism and cruise traffic. Passport control for non-EU arrivals during summer peak hours can be slow. VIP service provides a reliable way to maintain predictable arrival times regardless of season. Middle East

Dubai International (DXB) — UAE

Dubai International is consistently among the world’s top five airports by international passenger volume – handling over 80 million passengers in 2024. It is also one of the most developed markets for airport VIP services globally, with a mature ecosystem of assistance options across all three terminals.

VIP airport service at DXB operates across all terminals. The Full VIP tier at Dubai provides a completely private arrival or departure experience, handling all formalities away from the public terminal. For passengers on ultra-long-haul routes who arrive fatigued, the difference between being processed privately and navigating the main terminal independently is substantial.

When it matters most: Long-haul arrivals where passengers are coming off 10+ hour flights; families or delegations arriving together; high-traffic connecting periods when main terminal immigration is under pressure.

Istanbul Airport (IST) — Turkey

Istanbul Airport is, as of 2025, Europe’s busiest airport by passenger movements and one of the largest single terminal buildings in the world. Its scale is genuinely remarkable — and can be disorientating without a guide. Distances within the terminal between international arrivals, immigration, baggage, and domestic or transit connections are long enough to make time management difficult if you are unfamiliar with the layout.

VIP airport service at IST has an unusually high impact here precisely because the airport’s size makes independent navigation costly in time. The transit service is particularly valuable: a passenger who has never transited Istanbul before and has 90 minutes to connect, can underestimate the connection time without a guide.

When it matters most: All transit passengers; first-time visitors to Istanbul; large groups or family travel; any connection under two hours.

Asia-Pacific

Singapore Changi (SIN) — Singapore

Singapore Changi is consistently ranked among the world’s best-run airports, and in standard conditions it is genuinely navigable. Even so, VIP service adds measurable value in specific situations: Fast Track through immigration on peak-hour arrivals (particularly from Southeast and Northeast Asia), assistance with connections between terminals for passengers unfamiliar with the layout, and the Full VIP tier for those who require complete privacy during the process.

When it matters most: Non-Singaporean passport holders at peak arrival times; passengers connecting between terminals with under 90 minutes; corporate or diplomatic arrivals.

Shanghai Pudong (PVG) and Beijing Capital (PEK) — China

Chinese international airports involve a specific set of arrival formalities — customs declarations, health screening procedures, and immigration processing — that operate at a defined pace and require clear orientation. For first-time visitors to China, passengers unfamiliar with the process, or business delegations where the arrival experience matters, having a professional guide through the process is a practical necessity.

VIP service at both PVG and PEK covers arrivals, departures, and transits. At Shanghai, the two international terminals and their domestic connection add navigational complexity that a greeter resolves immediately.

Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK) — Thailand

Bangkok Suvarnabhumi handles over 60 million passengers per year through a single terminal. Immigration for non-ASEAN passport holders, particularly during evening arrival banks when multiple long-haul flights land in sequence, is one of the more time-consuming processes in Southeast Asia. VIP fast track at BKK delivers a consistently measurable time saving, making it one of the most effective applications of the Meet & Assist with Fast Track tier anywhere in the region.

When it matters most: Evening arrivals from Europe, the Middle East, and Northeast Asia; passengers with a hotel check-in or meeting within a few hours of landing; families travelling with young children.

The Americas

New York JFK — United States

John F. Kennedy International handles the largest volume of international arrivals of any US airport, and is equally one of the busiest departure points for transatlantic and Latin American routes. VIP departure service at JFK is where the experience makes the most difference: professional meet and assist from the terminal entrance, fast track through security, porter assistance with luggage, and smooth coordination through to your gate. For business travellers, delegations, or anyone who wants to start a long-haul flight without the friction of a busy departure hall, the service delivers a consistently calm process from kerb to gate.

When it matters most: Business departures on peak transatlantic and Latin American routes; passengers travelling with elderly relatives or young children; anyone with a tight connection outbound.

Please note that border control and customs formalities worldwide are strictly governed by state authorities. VIP service assists with navigation and priority lanes where officially permitted, but does not exempt passengers from standard legal procedures. See available VIP services and fares at New York JFK

Miami International (MIA) — United States

Miami is the primary US gateway for Latin American and Caribbean routes and sees substantial departure traffic year-round, with significant congestion at peak times. VIP departure service at MIA provides professional assistance from arrival at the terminal through check-in, security, and on to your gate — coordinating the full outbound process so that the complexity of a busy international departure hall does not cost you time or energy before a long flight.

When it matters most: Departures on Latin American and Caribbean routes; cruise travellers with onward flights; business travellers where the journey begins well before boarding.

Common Questions

Does VIP airport service mean I bypass immigration controls? No. All passengers are subject to the same immigration and customs legislation. VIP service does not bypass these — it gets you through them faster, via dedicated lanes, professional guidance, and priority access where the airport makes this available.

How much advance notice do I need to book? For most airports, 24–48 hours is sufficient. For airports where the Full VIP tier involves a dedicated terminal or private facility, 3–5 business days in advance is advisable to confirm access.

Does pricing vary by airport? Yes – fares are set per airport, and vary based on the services available locally, the staffing involved, and the specific formalities at that location. The exact fare for each tier is shown on each airport’s service page.

My airport is not listed above — is service still available? Aerogreet operates at over 950 airports in more than 150 countries. Use the full airport directory to search by country and find your specific airport.
