• The service is completed once the guests have been accompanied to arrival hall or to their car.

• Meeting the guests curbside;
• The luggage is taken by the porter and dropped off;
• Escorting the guests to the VIP Lounge;
• Departure formalities are handled privately at the VIP lounge;
• Escorting the guests to the boarding;
• Dedicated transportation from the VIP lounge to the aircraft is provided in case of remote parking position.

Transit: FULL VIP Novy Urengoy (NUX) Airport

• Meeting at the end of the airbridge or, upon remote aircraft parking, at the arrival gate.
• Expedited escorting through arrival formalities.
• Luggage assistance and escorting to departure check in (if necessary).
• If check-in for the departing flight is necessary, escorting to the check-in for the departing flight and through the subsequent formalities;
• Expedited escorting through departure formalities and to the lounge. Lounge access may be included (business, first class tickets) or provided upon extra charge (economy class).
• Escorting from the lounge to the boarding gate.
