The Challenge:
A family of six people requested departure assistance at Punta Cana International Airport. Additionally, our clients needed hotel transfer and porter service as they had 4 pieces of luggage and a children's buggy. We took on this challenge with enthusiasm, striving to make the rest of their vacation as comfortable as possible.
Our Solution:
Aerogreet provided customers with a new Mercedes V-Class mini-bus for transfers from their resort. This car included a new leather interior, complimentary drinking water for passengers, and a climate control system. At the airport, our greeters met clients directly at the vehicle, while porters assisted with luggage and facilitated the check-in process. Thanks to our fast-track service, the family could arrive at the airport just 30 minutes before boarding. With our premium assistance, all formalities took no more than 18 minutes. When it was time to board, Aerogreet team escorted guests from the VIP Lounge to the boarding gate.
