Aerogreet organizes VIP, Meet & Greet and Fast-Track services at over 800 airports worldwide. Working in this field since 2002, we can offer flexible packages of services (from basic escorting through airport formalities to VIP private suites and terminals) and tailor them for you and your clients.
What We Do
Airside Meet&Greet services at 750+ destinations and 800+ airports. VIP and CIP lounge access. Individual escorting with Fast-Track through check-in, security and other immigration formalities. Tailor-made concierge services at the airport according to individual requests.
Service packages
The Meet & Assist package includes personal assistance with all airport formalities.
Upon arrival (depending on where the aircraft is parked) you will be greeted by our representatives with a name tag and guided through immigration and other procedures to your driver, taxi stand or any other host waiting for you at the terminal.
After departure, our agents will arrange a meeting point with you or your driver in advance and meet you right at the car as soon as you get to the terminal. We will ensure that you are assisted with your luggage, accompany check-in, security and immigration procedures to the boarding gate.
During transit, we provide a gate-to-gate service with personal accompaniment throughout the whole transfer procedure. Depending on airport and country regulations, our representatives will assist you through immigration and additional security controls. If you need to fly with several separate tickets (when baggage claim and check-in are required), our agents will help you with all the related steps to make your transit hassle-free.
The Meet & Assist, Fast-Track package is available at most airports in our network. This service is an excellent solution to avoid huge queues at immigration, security, check-in and other formalities. The Fast-Track service allows you to use dedicated lanes and counters, so you won't waste time at the airport.
Upon arrival, our agent will meet you at the airside at the end of the airbridge or arrival gate and will guide you through all the procedures as quickly as possible. The service ends as soon as you reach your driver or any other means of transportation to leave the airport.
Upon departure, our representatives will meet you at the curb at a prearranged meeting point. If you pre-book an airport transfer, we will provide all instructions directly to the drivers/transport companies, so you don't have to worry about the process at all. After meeting with our agent, you will be helped with your luggage (we provide additional porters as an extra to this package),we will escort you Fast-Track to check-in, security and to the lounge (which can be ordered as an extra for economy class passengers). With the help of our agents, you will be accompanied to your boarding on a priority basis and then enjoy your flight.
During transit, we provide a gate-to-gate service similar to Meet & Assist with an additional Fast-Track if there are any formalities or queues that arise during your transit.
Depending on airport security rules and actual facilities, we are always happy to provide various additional services, such as:
- Porter services
- Electric buggy
- Private transfer with a luxury sedan or minivan directly to/from the aircraft
- VAT refund/Tax-free assistance
- VIP/CIP/Private suite access
- Unaccompanied minor assistance
- Visa on arrival support
and many others.
Full VIP is a package available at major airports that have all necessary facilities. If you are looking for a real VIP experience, this service is definitely made for you. Passengers using this service upon landing are met directly at the aircraft upon arrival and then taken to the terminal by private transport. If the facilities allow, this transfer will take you directly to a private VIP terminal or private suite, where you can enjoy privacy and comfort. All formalities upon arrival are handled privately in the lounge/VIP Terminal. Your luggage will be delivered directly to your car.
Upon departure, your driver can take you directly to the dedicated parking area at the VIP Lounge/Terminal, where our representatives will assist you on your way. After you have enjoyed your stay in the lounge and completed all the formalities in private, we will arrange special transport directly to the aircraft.
The same applies to transit services. With a full VIP package, it's not only a gate-to-gate escort, but also a VIP experience from plane to plane.
